Adam Adamakakis

Adam has over 35 years of real estate experience at the executive level of institutional and advisory sides of the real estate industry. Most recently he was responsible for the overall investment and asset management activities of the North American office business of a global institutional real estate investor. Prior to that Adam was a managing director of a prominent Canadian real estate investment banking firm. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture from McGill University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from MIT.

Yves has over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry acting for and on behalf of large institutional investors. Since 2008, he has been working as independent real estate advisor focusing on all facets of real estate for some of North America’s largest private and public companies, as well as institutional investors. Prior to working as an advisor, Yves occupied senior executive positions in different Canadian and US real estate companies. Yves holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a commercial real estate broker.

George has over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry acting for and on behalf of major owners, developers and private equity investors. Since 2022, he has been working as independent real estate advisor to some of Canada’s most active investors and private equity investors. Prior to working as an advisor, George occupied senior executive positions in some of Canada’s most prestigious real estate companies. George holds a Bachelor of Arts from Université de Montréal. He is a chartered real estate broker and holds the AEO designation (Agency Executive Officer) with the OACIQ (Organisme d’autoréglementation des courtiers immobiliers du Québec).
